What a lesson looks like in an Ahuntsic building
Your teacher arrives by metro (Henri-Bourassa, Sauvé or Crémazie) or by car, parking easily on most streets. Many buildings here date from the 1950s and 60s: a small elevator, a long corridor, and a period intercom. Just tell us when you book how to get in.
That intercom holds a surprise: it’s often wired to the landline, not to a mobile. If you’ve given up the home phone, nobody can buzz you from downstairs any more, and it isn’t your device’s fault. There are simple fixes to ask the building manager or your provider about; we work out together which one applies to you, and help you word the request.

The elevator is small and the corridor is long, is that a problem?
Not at all. Your teacher carries nothing: the lesson happens on your own devices, at your place. Just give the apartment number when you book and, if getting in takes a particular step, write it in the note.
